A checklist the agency controls
You choose which items appear in the portal. The starting list covers the usual RBT hire packet: eligibility, background checks, 40-hour training, competency, BACB certification, HIPAA, handbook, scope of practice, supervision, and mandated-reporter training. Add your own items if the agency needs them.
Collect, then verify
RBTs upload from the portal. If eSign is on for your agency, they sign there instead of uploading a scan. Staff verify documents. Attention flags overdue paperwork and documents waiting on you.
Background-check status, RBT number, and RBT and CPR expiration dates sit on the applicant. Expiring and expired credentials show up before they become a surprise on a caseload.
Paperwork is not the match
A complete file does not staff a family. When credentials are in, use matching to put that RBT on hours they can actually work.
