This Privacy Policy explains how RosterABA (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applicant forms, candidate portal, SMS/email messages, and related services (the “Services”).

Who we serve

RosterABA provides hiring and staffing tools for ABA therapy agencies and related organizations (“Agencies”). If you are an applicant or candidate, an Agency may collect and process your information through our Services in connection with a job application or placement.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
• Application and profile data — availability, certifications, documents you upload, tags or preferences you or an Agency provide, and pipeline/status information.
• Account and usage data — sign-in events (including one-time codes), device/browser information, and approximate logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
• Communications — messages we send or receive by SMS or email (for example invite links and portal codes).

How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate applicant intake, hiring pipelines, matching, and portals.
• Send transactional SMS and email (availability links, invites, and sign-in codes) as requested by you or an Agency using the Services.
• Provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and security.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use SMS consent to send unrelated marketing from RosterABA unless you separately agree.

How we share information

We may share information with:

• The Agency that invited you or received your application, so they can evaluate and staff cases.
• Service providers that help us host, send email/SMS, store files, or authenticate users (under contracts that limit their use of the data).
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services to Agencies, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Agencies may control retention of applicant records in their account.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.
• Email: Use unsubscribe links where provided, or contact us.
• Access / correction / deletion: Contact the Agency that holds your application, or email us at hello@rosteraba.com, and we will help where we can.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
